IF YOU KNOW ME, YOU KNOW MY STORY

My journey wasn’t always the easiest

Just a few years ago, Cheryl was not happy with the direction her life was going in and her marriage. With help from Joe Trimboli’s the Wake Up Call, Mentors Robin Sharma and the late Bob Proctor, Cheryl developed habits and routines and her objectives for changing her mindset – not just how she saw herself but how she viewed others regardless of how she felt.

Ending up in foster care as a teenager, being in an abusive marriage, overcoming deep emotional scars, losing her son to low self-esteem to overcoming all those obstacles and finding the strength to tell my stories.

That’s why Cheryl decided one day to finally achieve one of her desires and dreams and that was to write a book that chronicles the experiences that have shaped her life.

Change is intimidating! But this book will help you learn what you are capable of and how to enrich your life no what stage you are or what you have gone through in your life.
